He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard J. Krause and Patina Stavron Krause. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Byrd (Josh) of Knox, James Krause of Indianapolis, Jacob Krause (Ally) of Knox and Gunnar Krause (Peyton) of Knox; his grandson Cooper; his siblings, Bernie Krause (Joyce) of Oak Forest, Glora Horn of Georgia, Mary Szabo of Virginia, Joey Krause (Pat) of Tinley Park and Patti Cusack (Marty) of Oak Forest; and his pets, Lambeau, Nelson, Charlie, Daisy, Hank, Elvis, Bella and Opal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mc Smith Funeral Home (153 E Washington St, Knox, IN 46534). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
