It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Madeline M. Allen of Knox, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hatfield and Sarah Hatfield (Keller); her husband Ralph Allen; her daughters, Rita Brettin and Nancy Binkley; her grandchildren, Nora, Paul and Jason; and her great grandchild Eli.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Gundlach (Joe) of Florida, Kathy Johanan (Ken) of Texas and Doug Allen (Juanita) of Knox. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren.
