She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Collins Smith; her parents, William Howard Bruce and Phyllis Kathryn Bruce (Walker); and her brother Phillip Bruce. She is survived by: her sons, Mark C. Smith (Lori) of Knox and Brian E. Smith (Kelly) of Elkhart; her sisters, Judy Kay Lockwood of Goshen, Elizabeth Higgins of Foley and Marylynn Dibble of Foley; her grandchildren, Hunter C. Smith (Tia), Harper D. Smith, Megan Morton (Zack), McKinzy Smith (Aidan Mais), Mya Lefebvre (Roman) and Madelyn Smith; and her great grandchildren, Elise, Alaya Smith, Jameson Morton and Matteo Lefebvre.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Mc Smith Funeral Home (153 E Washington St, Knox, IN 46534). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (406 E Washington St, Knox, IN 46534).
