He was predeceased by: his parents, Ossie Hensley and Beulah Hensley (Combs); his daughter Carrie Ann Hensley; and his brothers, Dennis and Ernie Hensley.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Cox of Knox; his daughters, Tammy Coulter (Joe) and Tracey Parish (Scott) of Royal Center; and his siblings, Bonnie Fugate (Robert) of Clayhole, Michael (Diane), Paul Hensley (Rose) of Cockreels Fork and Larry Hensley (Shirley) of Clayhole, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren 16 great-grandchildren.
