He is survived by: his wife Victoria Rabey; his children, Amanda Davis (Nicholas), Brittany Slawnikowski (Benjamin), Carissa Rabey and Bethany Rabey; his siblings, Chris Rabey (Valerie), Carol Rabey and Susan Rabey; and his grandchildren, Savannah Rabey-Davis and Ameila Tibbs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
