He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Tarr and Carol Silvey; and his grandmother Norma Clonce. He is survived by: his stepfather Don Silvey of Kokomo; his siblings, Jeff Baire of Kokomo, Kathy Tarr, Teresa West (J. R.), Robin Johnson (Tim) and Jody Kovich; and his stepbrothers, Steve Silvey (Sallie), Scott Silvey (Janet) and Shawn Silvey (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
