She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer K. Scott and Helen L. Scott (Hursh); and her son Richard K. "Rich" Lorenz. She is survived by: her husband Dale Lorenz of Kokomo; her daughter Shelly Hite (Mitchell) of Amboy; her grandchildren, Brittni, Jordan Lorenz, Kaityln Garrett (Andy) and Laine Hite (Alissa); and her great grandchildren, Zayden, Zoey, Lucas, Maverick, Weston and Noble.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Murray-Weaver Funeral Home (401 S California St, Galveston, IN 46932). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
