It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Belinda Gail Kaiser of Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Skipper and Virginia Skipper (Spencer); her husband Louis "Sonny" Kaiser; her brother-in-law Jim Packard; and the father of her children David Spencer Sr..
She is survived by: her sons, Jeremiah Spencer (Billie), David Spencer Jr. and Jeffrey McCoy; her grandchildren, Brandt Gamble, Braelyn Gamble and Amaya Spencer; her siblings, Larry Skipper (Sandy), Janet Packard, Patsy Estes, Chip Skipper (Beth) and Susan McCoy (Della); and her pet Socks. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; several stepchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory (1315 W Lincoln Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Belinda's memory to Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory to assist with final expenses.
