She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Price and Stella Mae Rader (Dixon); her husband Doyle E. Thompson; her children, Brian Thompson (Denise) and Stephanie Michael; her siblings, Jewel Smith, Carolyn Bales, James Price, Robert Price (Carolyn Kuhn), Charlene Hester, Howard (Marilyn Thompson) and William (Gloria Thompson); and her brothers-in-law, Robert Skaggs and Donald Holtzclaw.

She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Kenworthy (Ted); her sisters, Margaret Holtzclaw and Glenda Skaggs; her grandchildren, James Heckman (Tishelle), Jennifer Crow, Matthew Heckman, Johna Pearson, Samantha Taylor, Jeremiah Thompson (Shannon), Barbara Finton (Jerry), Richard Thompson and Chuck Kenworthy (Rochelle); her great grandchildren, Cameron Harris, Grayden Crow, Madison Crow, Brooklyn Cordray, Kailin Kenworthy, Kiersten Slater, Easton Pearson, Asiaynna Brown, Key'Aire Wesley, Elaina Thompson and Bailey Zook; and her close friend Esther Percifield.

Memorial contributions may be made in Billie's memory to First Church of the Nazarene.
