He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Reel and Vera Mae Reel (Shively); and his brothers, Bob Reel and Chet Reel. He is survived by: his wife Ida Christine McDorman; his children, Debbie Stewart (Roger), Joe Reel (Trish), Robert Reel (Tammy) and Kathy Ransford (Brett); his grandchildren, Tim Vandergriff (Sam), Scott Stewart (Cori), Caitlin Reel, Adam Reel, Alex Reel, Kenny Reel, Sarah Slaughter (Isaiah), Ryan Ransford (Gail) and Ian Ransford (Brit); and his great grandchildren, Brayden Vandergriff, Brantlee Stewart, Abel Ransford, Silas Ransford, Titus Ransford, Miriam Ransford and Rowan Ransford.
