She was predeceased by: her father Clay Lee Thomas. She is survived by: her mother Christina Phalen (Chelf); her husband Jimmy; her children, Alexys Chiamopoulos, Isabella Lee and Nasir Reese; her siblings, Brandon Thomas (Ashley Collins), Johnny Phalen and Nik Phalen (Hannah Lafollette); her grandparents, Dennis and Darlene Phalen; her aunt Darlene Farmer; and her uncle Brian Chelf. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and plenty of dear friends.
