He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Lowdermilk (Langford); and his sisters, Grace Retz, Angela Riggs, Deana O'Banning and Louise Black.

He is survived by: his father Tom Lowdermilk; his wife Mary Jane Lowdermilk; his children, Ruth Foster (Brent), Tom Lowdermilk and Mike Lowdermilk (Glenda); his stepson Kevin Conrad; and his grandchildren, Jamie Shidler (Joe), Ian Lowdermilk (Brooke), Holly Foster, Jody Mygrant, Sherry Foster and Morgan Stump (Arron). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Chelsia's memory to the Kokomo Area Career Center for the electrician's program.
