It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Melvin Slaubaugh of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Kingwood, West Virginia, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Slaubaugh and Helen Slaubaugh (Guthrie); and his grandparents, John, Ora Slaubaugh, Frank and Millie Guthrie.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Nieder; his children, Mike Slaubaugh (Linda), Julie Coleman (Dan) and John Slaubaugh (Mindi); his grandchildren, Jared Slaubaugh, Evan Slaubaugh (Molly), Erin Hayes (Nic) and Cara Slaubaugh; and his brother Terry Slaubaugh (Vickie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Dale's memory to St. Luke's United Methodist Church, the Kokomo YMCA, or the Lymphoma Research Foundation.
