He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leroy West and Bobbie Gene West; his grandparents, Bertha Markley, Kelly Markley and Roy Paul West; and his former wives, Diane West, Rebecca West and Teresa West.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Hoosier, Michael West (Christina) and James West (Shelley); his sister-in-law Betty Zehring; his nieces and nephews, Renanda Hoosier, Copper Hoosier, Korey West, Kollan West, Karson West, Kaleb West, Kayla Maddock, Chelsea Fields, Erika Tegarden and Elijah West; and his close friend Louis Wiggington.
