He was predeceased by: his parents, John Busch and Jane Nelson (McQuillin); and his stepfather John Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Brandon Busch (Samantha Lewis) and Elaine Busch; his stepchildren, Joshua Borum (Gloria) and Sarah Begley (Nick); his grandchildren, Parker Kurtz, Cade Kurtz, Collin Begley, Gavin Begley, Jael Borum and Naomi Borum; and his sisters, Sue Johnson, Barb Hilton (Matt) and Lori Fountain (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
