It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David D. Smith of Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel E. Smith and Juanita M. Smith (Harper); and his brother-in-law David Smith. He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Webb; his children, Kristin Cannon (Colt) and Matthew Smith (Amy); his grandchildren, Ivy Smith, Madison Fields, Parker Fields, Hadley Cannon and Brantley Cannon; his sister Diana Smith; and his sibling's children, Dana Smith and Kevin Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory (1315 W Lincoln Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
