He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Kellar; and his son Michael Patrick Kellar. He is survived by: his mother Mary Helen Miner (Carico); his wife Jan; his daughters, Mary Ann Brown and Susie Luyster (John); his grandchildren, Jackson Brown, Zach Brown, Bobby Brown, Katie Luyster and Abby Luyster; his sister Kathy Smith (Rande); and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Tate (Steve), Butch Shockey (Diane) and Ted Shockey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sagamore Council- Boy Scouts of America as well as the Family Service Association of Howard County.
