He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Cravens Jr. and Bessie Cravens (Shadowens); his wives, Ruthann Cravens (Spicka) and Peggy Cresto; his son Donald M. Cravens; his siblings, Ruby Clarida, Theodore "Ted" Cravens, Earl Cravens, Paul Cravens, Jessie Cravens and Huey Cravens; and his siblings-in-law, Marge Spicka, Ginny Krocker, Nancy Schisler, Mike Spicka and Hank Krocker.
He is survived by: his pet Chase; his children, Sue Webb (Larry), Ted Cravens (Kim), Maggie Bartlett (John) and Bette Moffett (Kevin); his stepson Lee Powell; and his brother-in-law Ken Schisler. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
