He was predeceased by: his father Donald C. Howard; his daughter Angela Gayle Howard; his grandson Michael Kelley; and his brother-in-law Francis Shrock. He is survived by: his wife Connie Higgins; his children, Pete Howard (Teresa), Teresa Kelley (Tom), Brad Howard (Cindy) and Jason Howard (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Annie Robb (Grant), Sarah Wilson (Patrick), Brooke Howard, Jacob Howard, Kaleb Howard (Lydia Owens), Timothy Howard and Kace Howard (Taylor); and his sister Pamela Shrock. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
