With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy E. Haulter of Kokomo, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Garner and Leona Garner (Duncan); and her husband Eugene Haulter. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Haulter (Sheila) and Brian Haulter (Karen); her grandsons, Adam (Tamela), Jeremy (Michelle) and Anthony (Kaleigh); and her great grandchildren, Lola, Jillian and Pressley.
