He was predeceased by: his parents, Ancel Gilland and Carrie Hampton (Jackson); his daughter Kendra Wilkinson; and his brother Harvey Gilland (Joyce). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gilland (Hutton); his children, Karen Leffert and Greg Gilland; his stepchildren, Connie Hochgesang, Mary Wilburn and Mike Haynes (E. J.); and his grandchildren, Andrew Sullivan, Alex Ziesing, Megan Sullivan, Gage Costello, Tanna Hilton, Dakota Gilland and Joseph Hochgesang. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel (3400 S Webster St, Kokomo, IN 46902).
