She was predeceased by : her parents, William F Moschell and Alma Moschell (Stangohr) of Roswell, SD.; her husband Raman Briggs; and also, Alan Moschell (Virginia), Harold Moschell (Dolores), Ardath Walker (Sterne), Myrna Moore (Howard), Deloris Nelson (Robert) and William Moschell (Karen).

She is survived by : her brother Richard Moschell (Bonnie) of Kenosha, WI; and her brother-in-law Howard Moore of Howard, SD.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to 1st Evangelical Presbyterian Church's building fund, in Elda's name.
