He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene George and Mary Kostrewa (Jakes). He is survived by: his wife Janet Kostrewa; his children, Melissa Anne Kotz (Brian) and Michael Eugene Kostrewa (Moriah); his grandchildren, Karson Michael Kotz and Kennedy Anne Kotz; his sisters, Sharon Stalter (Mark), Linda Coker and Kristine Simonson (Daniel); and his close friends, Jeff Newton and Kareen Dunn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the One Church (2734 S Washington St, Kokomo, IN 46902). Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church of the Nazarene (2734 S Washington St, Kokomo, IN 46902).
