Evelyn May DeLano Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Evelyn May DeLano of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Columbus, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Evelyn left this world on September 26, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel L. Kirkpatrick and Isaacs; her husband James Richard DeLano; her stepchildren, James R. DeLano Jr., Rebecca Chavez and Joseph DeLano; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Smith, Patricia Lynn DeLano, Chris Ratcliff and Chad Ratcliff.

She is survived by: her sons, Greg Ratcliff (Jill) and Don Ratcliff (Mari); and her stepchildren, Pam DeLano, Maria Garcia (Manuel), Mary Shaffer (Charles A.), Angela Shaffer and John DeLano. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
