Frances Simpson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Simpson (Kokomo, Indiana), born in Peru, Indiana, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lydia Adell Allen and Russell C. Allen; her husband William R. Simpson; and her brother Ralph M. Allen. She is survived by : her son Royce Allen Simpson; her brother Floyd Allen (Denise); her nephew Scott Allen; her great-nephew Michael Allen (Kelly Whaling); and her great-niece Jane Goodwin (Blake). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.

She also was quite accomplished at knitting and crocheting and even founded and lead a knitting group at Grace United Methodist Church that made various items for donation to charity.
