We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2024, at the age of 86, Francis Edward Maxwell of Kokomo, Indiana, born in Lafayette, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Clayton Maxwell and Bernice Louise Maxwell (Tyrrell); his parents-in-law, William and Mary Scheck; and his siblings-in-law, Lanie Maxwell (Linda Steenman) and Roger Armstrong.

He is survived by : his wife Judith Ann Maxwell; his daughter Elizabeth Ann (Maxwell); and his siblings, Larry C Maxwell (Regina), Richard Jay Maxwell and Sonia Louise Maxwell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (https://t2t.org), St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church Building Fund, or the Kokomo Humane Society.
