He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Timmons and Rosemond Timmons (Campbell); his parents-in-law, Junior and Jean Woolley; and his son-in-law Lennis Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Timmons; his daughters, Yvonne Walker and Regina Timmons; his grandchildren, Michael Timmons, Taylor Timmons and Jasper Timmons; his sister June Garner; and his brother-in-law Terry Woolley.
