She is survived by: her husband Tom Rush; her children, Cindy Rush (Dave), Duke Rush (Lorri) and Theresa Caldwell (Trent); her grandchildren, Adrienne Duepner (Joey), Andrew Rush (Sonia), Emily Rush, Sarah Rush and Taylor Caldwell; her great grandchildren, Dylan Duepner, Ty Duepner and Amelia Rush; and her grandchildren, Vinh and Teng Lee.
