She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Bitner Jr.; her son Joshua Bitner; her parents, Donald Zirkle and Annabelle Zirkle (Phillabaum); her grandparents, Henry Otto, Catherine Lenora Phillabaum (Crousore), Della and Rex Zirkle; her stepfather Clifford Phelps; and her sisters, Anita Corradi (Jim), Marsha Haworth and Rhonda Bitner.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Bitner; her sister Kathy Rood (Russell Rood); her nieces and nephews, Monica Evans (Jim), Sheri Keller (Corradi), Susan Corradi, Sandi Corradi, Stacy Bitner, Erica Bitner, Crystal Haworth, Tony Rood (Kim), Brian Bitner, Greg Haworth and Jeremy Bitner; and her brother-in-law Kevin "Mike" Bitner.
