He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Clyde and Eulala Jane Keller (Garrison); his sister Rowena Zubieni; his son-in-law Clyde "Butch" Smith III; his brothers-in-law, Fred Berry, Willard Cook and Danny Dice; and his cousins, Larry Keller, Mike Keller and John Keller.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Berry; his children, Pamela Jo Smith, Jennifer Lynn Keller and Timothy Richard Keller (Dena Thornton); his grandchildren, Wesley William Smith (Jessy), Chase Richard Smith (Amber) and Ty Garrison Smith; his great grandchildren, Violet Mae Smith, Ellie Mae Smith and Mia Jo Smith; and his sisters, Coleen Kay Dice and Lillian Ann Lewis (Kendall). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory (1315 W Lincoln Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Home (1315 W Lincoln Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902).
