She was predeceased by: her parents, Gifford Cox and Georgia E. Cox (Turner); her niece Erin Cottrell; and her great-niece Meghan Newlin. She is survived by: her son Bruce; her siblings, Judy Newlin (James) and Bruce Cox (Elizabeth); and her nephews, Doug Newlin (Pam), Josh and Matt Cox. She is also survived by 6 grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
