She is survived by: her son Tom; her daughter-in-law Carol Chalk of Kokomo; her grandchildren, Jamie Martin (Chris), Jacob Chalk (Whitney) and Tiffany Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Casen Martin, Clayton Chalk and Taylor Chalk.
