He was predeceased by: his mother Christina Bookout (Mylin). He is survived by: his father Gary R. Bookout (Nancy); his children, Victoria Bookout, Braden Bookout (Abigail) and Bryan Bookout; and his siblings, Daniel Bookout (Lisa), Tammy Bookout and Michelle Asher (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
