He is survived by: his wife Candy Smith (Collins); his children, Bryan Smith and Kara Neal (Kevin Bailey); his grandchildren, Kandi Blankenship (Justin), Reilley Bailey, Genevieve Wood, Harrison Wood, Natalie Bailey and Samantha Bailey; his great grandchildren, Journee and Declan Blankenship; his sisters, Jill Ratcliff (Greg) and Joy Jackson; and his brother-in-law Stan Collins.
