He is survived by: his wife Marla Stine; his son John Stine (Traci); his stepchildren, Sean, Chad, Nathan (Sandy) and Jama Bradfield (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Kylie, Caden, Solomon (Lauren) and Simon Stine; and his stepchildren, Christopher, Maleah Perry (Jarek), Ava, Tucker, Aubrey, Gabriel and Jonathon Bradfield.
