He was predeceased by: his parents, Mennis G. Evans and Maxine Tedlock (Gano); his daughter Delilah Ann Evans; and his son-in-law Lee Mason. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Evans; his children, Julie Mason, Brent Evans (Tammy), Duane Jones (Cathie) and Richard Jones (Marcia); and his grandchildren, Cynthia Reed (Fred), Ashley Aries (William), Joshua Evans (Katie), Garrett Jones, Paige Yeggy (Josh), Tonya Jones, Casey Jones (Shannon), Jessica Miller (William), Dustin Spicer and Shannon Bay (Donnie). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stout & Son Russiaville Chapel (200 E Main St, Russiaville, IN 46979). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stout & Son Funeral Home (200 E Main St, Russiaville, IN 46979).
Memorial contributions may be made in Jerry's name to Riley Children's Hospital.
