He is survived by: his father Harold Balmer; his children, David Balmer (Gracey), Kari Balmer, Tina Nixon (Chris) and Nicole Jones (Jason); his grandchildren, Nathan, Mckayla, Zack, Michael, Jeremiah, Dustin, Warren, Coleson, Kristen, Leanna and Cooper; and his siblings, Pat, Lisa, Tom, George and Chris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
