He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Gardner Zimmerer and Mary Frances Parker. He is survived by: his children, Diane Marie Hoagland (James), Gregory Michael Zimmerer (Beth), Dr. John Bernard Zimmerer (Kaley), Anthony Leo Zimmerer (Shari) and Susan Marie Sprinkle (Chris); his grandchildren, Kyle Wheeler, Samantha Zimmerer Fritch (Eric), Josiah, Noah Sprinkle, Gabriel, Grant Hoagland, Lauren, Madison, Ava and Mia Zimmerer; his great grandchild Harper Fritch; and his sisters, Mary Ann Sunkes (Jim) and Marie Antonio Schweitzer (Ron).
