He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marcus Hart, Sr. and HuWeen Veleta Zellar Hart; his sister Phyllis Leedom; and his granddaughters, Katie and Hannah Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Hill; his children, Terri Hofstrom (Dana) of Lake Wales, FL, Becky Archibald (Alan), John Gilbert Hart of Conifer, CO and Melody Hart (Scott Schrecker) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Kirk Hofstrom, Mark Hofstrom (Lauren), Taylor Archibald, Delaney Archibald of John Rogers, Grace Hart, Sammy Schrecker and Scotty Schrecker; and his siblings, Robert Hart, Jerry Hart, Diana Molinar and Vivian Hardacre.
