He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Evans and Carolyn Evans (Shaff); and his wife Kimberly R. Roberts. He is survived by: his son Jason Evans (Crystal); his stepchildren, Andy Beard and Jennifer Reynolds (Ryan); his sister Donna Lewis (Evan); his grandchildren, Christopher Evans, Melanie Evans, Macey Reynolds, Ainsley Beard and Carter Beard; his great great grandchild Zylee Evans; and his sibling's children, Christopher Evans and Brandy Evans.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joseph's memory to Shirley & Stout Funeral Home to assist family with final expenses. Please consider making a donation to raise much needed funds to cover the funeral expenses.
