She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Lidy and Lois Lidy (Prather); her former husband Carl "Dick" Hinkle; her husband Henry Harrington; her siblings, Alice Lidy, Rex Lidy, Ray Lidy, Gene Lidy and Bill Lidy; her siblings-in-law, Jerry Pearcy, Norence Lidy and Brinna Lidy; her nephews, Tim Lidy and Mark Lidy; and her stepdaughter Karent Harrington McDougall.

She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Pearcy, Don Lidy (Ann), Jerry Lidy (Pearlie), Danny Lidy (Kathie Hill), Roy Lidy (Traci) and John Lidy (Joann); her stepchildren, Eldon Harrington and Sharon Fivecoate (Dusty); and her stepgrandchildren, Matthew Harrington, Tyler Harrington, Linzi Harrington, Ashley Hite, Anthony Miller, Jimmy Jones and April Jones. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joyce's memory to the American Cancer Society.
