She was predeceased by : her parents, Marion McGee Bradley and Alexandria Bradley (Rainbolt); her husband Martin Smith; her son Stephen Blake Carter; her siblings, Betty Jo Dobins, Maxine Beretta, Wes Bradley, Robert Bradley and Jackie Daniels; and her grandson Anthony Sefton.
She is survived by : her children, Kathy Sefton, William Wayne Carter of Bradenton, FL, John Mark Carter, Cindy Miller, Stanley Carter, Shawn Carter and Flora; her grandchildren, Matthew Sefton, Cara Nadolny, Kelly Scovish, Victoria Carter, Ashley Carter, Taunya Steel, Jimmy Miller, Rickey Miller, Shawny Ann Carter, Blake Carter, Blaine Carter and Shane Carter; and her siblings, ChiChi Lutz, Ginger Turner and Linda Hayes. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
