She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard W. Tackett and Beatrice Tackett (Thomas); her grandparents, Joseph, Izzebell Tackett, Ezra and Edna Thomas; and her brothers, Jerry Tackett and Donald Tackett.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Ervin; her sons, Travis Ervin (Laurie) and Sean Ervin (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Megan James (Isaiah), Allyson Bunch, Mason Bunch, Blake Ervin, Nicholas Ervin and Riley Ervin.
