He is survived by: his daughters, Vickie Elaine Hardin (Larry) and Onda Marie Shambaugh (Mark); his grandchildren, Stacie Smith, Courtney Turnpaugh (Ryan) and Craig Hamblin; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Jarrin and Athynn Smith.
