She was predeceased by: her father John Kinsey (Joyce); and her son Bradley Smith. She is survived by: her mother Carol Phillips (late Steve Phillips); her children, Nicholas Smith (Erica), Michael Smith (Marilyn), Samantha Grant (Vince) and Jennifer Sharp; her grandchildren, Avah, Ethan, Jackson, Olivia, Carson, Gracie, Shayna, Saraya, Payton and Nikkiera; and her siblings, Tia Sparks (Tim), Tonya Staten (Mike), John (Chris), Jeff (Amber) and Ryan Cannon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and uncles.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Presbyterian Church (1608 Kirk Row, Kokomo, IN 46902).
