He is survived by: his sister Vicki Vial Rogers (Tom Menendez); his sibling's children, Stephen Keith Rogers, Sr. (Christine Bilas Rogers) and Lindsey Elizabeth Rogers (Algirdas Palaima); and his great-nephew Stephen Keith Rogers, Jr.. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
