He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis "Willie" R. Cunningham and Mable Cunningham (Currens); his brother Bill Hughes; and his stepmother Dorothy Hughes. He is survived by: his close friend Lorrie Lazaro; his wife Lorrie Lazaro; his children, Ashley Couch, Kaci Wray, Cody Cunningham (Katie), Jason Johnson and Jordon Lazaro (Caitlyn); his siblings, Brian Cunningham (Alicia) and Becky Gibson; his stepfather Carson Hughes; his grandchildren, Brahm Wray, Roman Cunningham, Meadow Cunningham, Rhys Cunningham, Amaya Abresch, Jake Johnson, Rosalie Lazaro and Rebecca Jo Lazaro; and his nephew Matt Cunningham.
