He was predeceased by: his parents, William Randolph and Vitula Randolph (Hudson); his wife Bonnie Randolph (Mooney); his brothers, Richard Randolph and Jack Randolph; his son-in-law Michael Sharrock; Mickie Abresch.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Randolph (Michelle Morrow), Shanon Sharrock, Russell Randolph (Cara Randolph) and Dominick Moore; his grandchildren, William Randolph, Cyndi Randolph, Shoal Sharrock, Shea Sharrock, Jeffery Randolph, Michel Smith and Aaron Randolph; his sisters-in-law, Ava Ogden and Joyce Mooney; Brett Randolph (Laura Randolph).
