He is survived by: his wife Betty Howlett; his children, Rick Spotts, Tammy Middleton (Steve) and Tracy Stout (Douglas); his grandchildren, Samantha Middleton, Jason Hargraves (Alison), Justin Hargraves and Zachary Stout; his great grandchildren, Peyten Hargraves and Royce Hargraves; and his brother Ralph Spotts (Beth).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Christ Lutheran Church in Kokomo.
