He is survived by: his wife Norma Lunsford-Hale (Walker); his children, Lacey Goodrum (Donnie) and Mike Hale (Kari); his stepchildren, LaDonna Bookout and Thomas Lunsford (Christy); his grandchildren, Stephanie Goodrum, Jacob Goodrum, Kolton Hale, Tori Bookout, Braden Bookout, Bryan Bookout, Chelsea Nutter and Tommy Lunsford; his great grandchildren, Isiah Mason, Danielle Mason, Evelyn Mason, Zedakiah Lunsford and Beau Nutter; and his nephew Justin Wagner.
